Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and customization of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions
  • Develop reusable AEM components, templates, dialogs, and workflows
  • Design and implement content structures aligned with business and marketing needs
  • Integrate AEM with commerce platforms, analytics tools, and backend enterprise systems
  • Optimize AEM applications for performance, scalability, and security
  • Manage content authoring, publishing workflows, and governance standards
  • Collaborate with UX designers, front-end developers, and backend teams
  • Support AEM deployments, upgrades, and cloud migrations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks
  • Ensure adherence to AEM best practices and coding standards
  • Support UAT, go-live, and post-production stabilization
  • Act as a subject-matter expert for AEM architecture and implementation
  • Mentor junior AEM developers and contribute to technical best practices
  • Drive continuous improvement in digital experience delivery

Requirements

  • Experience in AEM development and implementation
  • Strong hands-on expertise with AEM Sites, components, templates, and workflows
  • Solid experience with Java, Sling, and OSGi frameworks
  • Experience integrating AEM with enterprise systems and third-party tools
  • Understanding of content management, personalization, and digital experience strategies
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery environments
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to support enterprise-scale AEM implementations

Education Qualification

  • Experience in AEM development and implementation
