Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models to solve business problems
• Work closely with business, product, and data teams to translate requirements into AI solutions
• Perform data exploration, feature engineering, and model training on large datasets
• Build and optimize models for use cases such as customer personalization, demand forecasting, recommendations, churn prediction, and pricing
• Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and continuously improve accuracy
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure reliable data pipelines for model training and inference
• Support model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management in production environments
• Implement explainability, validation, and bias checks for AI models
• Document model assumptions, methodologies, and outcomes
• Support UAT, business validation, and post-deployment optimization
• Act as a subject-matter expert for AI/ML best practices and frameworks
• Mentor junior AI/ML engineers and contribute to AI standards and guidelines
• Stay updated with advancements in AI/ML technologies and apply them where relevant

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in AI / Machine Learning or advanced analytics roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Python-based ML development
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and data modeling
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data
• Ability to design end-to-end ML solutions from problem definition to deployment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to explain complex ML concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery environments
• Prior experience in Retail, E-commerce, or Consumer domain is a strong plus

Education Qualification
