Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of Customer Data Platform (CDP) solutions
- Define and implement customer data ingestion, unification, and identity resolution strategies
- Integrate customer data from multiple sources including CRM, Commerce, POS, Marketing, Web, and Mobile platforms
- Design and maintain customer profiles, segments, and audiences for analytics and activation
- Build and manage analytics dashboards, reports, and insights for business, marketing, and leadership teams
- Enable personalization and data activation across marketing, commerce, and service channels
- Ensure data quality, governance, privacy, and compliance standards are met
- Collaborate with marketing, analytics, product, and engineering teams to support data-driven initiatives
- Analyze customer behavior, journeys, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities
- Support UAT, go-live, and post-production optimization of CDP solutions
- Act as a subject-matter expert for CDP architecture and best practices
- Drive continuous improvement in customer intelligence and analytics capabilities
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in CDP, Analytics, or Data-focused roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Customer Data Platforms and analytics solutions
- Proven expertise in customer data integration, segmentation, and reporting
- Strong SQL skills and understanding of data modeling concepts
- Experience working with BI and visualization tools
- Understanding of customer journey analytics and personalization use cases
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery environments
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in Retail, E-commerce, or Consumer domain preferred
Education Qualification
