Responsibilities

  • Lead design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions
  • Design and execute personalized, multi-channel customer journeys using Journey Builder
  • Manage email, SMS, and digital marketing campaigns across customer touchpoints
  • Build and manage data extensions, segmentation logic, and audience targeting
  • Implement automation workflows using Automation Studio to support scalable campaigns
  • Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM, CDP, and external data sources
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance, engagement, and conversion metrics
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track marketing KPIs and ROI
  • Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and business teams to drive personalization strategies
  • Support UAT, go-live, and post-production optimization
  • Ensure data quality, compliance, and marketing governance standards
  • Act as a subject-matter expert for Marketing Cloud best practices
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in digital marketing automation

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem with strong focus on Marketing Cloud
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale Marketing Cloud implementations
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, campaign automation, and personalization
  • Hands-on expertise with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio
  • Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with CRM, CDP, and external systems
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret campaign performance data
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments

Education Qualification
