Revenue Operations Specialist

Responsibilities
- Own and manage end-to-end revenue operations across sales, marketing, and customer success functions
- Drive CRM governance, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and process adherence
- Manage and optimize sales pipeline, forecasting models, and revenue tracking
- Partner closely with sales leadership to improve conversion rates and deal velocity
- Design and implement standardized revenue processes aligned with business growth goals
- Build and maintain executive dashboards, reports, and performance metrics
- Analyze revenue data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Drive process automation and system improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Support sales planning, target setting, and incentive tracking
- Act as a key stakeholder in cross-functional alignment between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Delivery teams
- Identify gaps in revenue processes and recommend corrective actions
- Support leadership with strategic insights and decision-making data
Requirements
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations roles
- Strong hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or equivalent)
- Proven expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue analytics
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights
- Experience working with senior sales leadership and cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to drive process improvements and operational discipline
- Experience in IT services, SaaS, or Retail technology environments
Education Qualification
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations roles
