Responsibilities

  • Own and manage end-to-end revenue operations across sales, marketing, and customer success functions
  • Drive CRM governance, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and process adherence
  • Manage and optimize sales pipeline, forecasting models, and revenue tracking
  • Partner closely with sales leadership to improve conversion rates and deal velocity
  • Design and implement standardized revenue processes aligned with business growth goals
  • Build and maintain executive dashboards, reports, and performance metrics
  • Analyze revenue data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
  • Drive process automation and system improvements to enhance operational efficiency
  • Support sales planning, target setting, and incentive tracking
  • Act as a key stakeholder in cross-functional alignment between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Delivery teams
  • Identify gaps in revenue processes and recommend corrective actions
  • Support leadership with strategic insights and decision-making data

Requirements

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or equivalent)
  • Proven expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue analytics
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights
  • Experience working with senior sales leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to drive process improvements and operational discipline
  • Experience in IT services, SaaS, or Retail technology environments

Education Qualification

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations roles
