Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visual analytics solutions
  • Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable data visualizations
  • Define and implement KPIs, metrics, and reporting frameworks aligned with business goals
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting and insight needs
  • Build and optimize data models to support performance-efficient dashboards
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and visualization best practices
  • Develop executive-level dashboards for leadership decision-making
  • Analyze data trends, patterns, and anomalies to provide actionable insights
  • Collaborate with data engineers and analytics teams to ensure reliable data pipelines
  • Optimize dashboard performance and usability
  • Support UAT, go-live, and post-production enhancements
  • Act as a visualization subject-matter expert and mentor junior analysts
  • Drive continuous improvement in data storytelling and visualization standards

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Data Visualization or BI roles
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools
  • Advanced SQL skills and solid understanding of data modeling concepts
  • Proven experience building enterprise-scale dashboards and reports
  • Ability to convert raw data into meaningful business insights
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery environments
  • Prior experience in Retail, E-commerce, or Consumer domain is a strong advantage

Education Qualification

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Data Visualization or BI roles
